  Coffee and food always good at Costa. But have to mention the staff today who were really friendly and went out of their way to help the customer in front of me. Well done guys!

  We came in today
  For drinks and we also
  Had cakes
  Drinks was lovely
  Staff was extremely pleasant
  But ladies toilets
  Was a mess
  Toilet roll on the floor
  Don't look like the floor
  Has been cleaned in a while
  Although it was busy
  They could have a member
  Of staff checking the toilets
  Seems to be the same thing
  Every time we come to Costa's lately
  And we do go to a lot of costa's
