  I needed to send a parcel back to get a refund, this shop was the only one I could get to at the time that offers the collection for this type of parcel.
  The shop owner was standing outside talking to a friend, I'd already gone into the shop before he came back into the shop himself.
  I asked to send my parcel back and the owner rudely said that his 'assistant' is the only one who knows how to work the handheld scanning machine, and he/she wasn't available.
  No help whatsoever, especially as I have a deadline to get this parcel returned so as to receive my refund.
  All the shop owner was bothered about was standing outside in the sun gossiping with a friend.
  He shouldn't say his shop accepts these kinds of parcels if he doesn't know how to operate the simple scanning machine.
