  I came into Rybrook Wolverhampton this afternoon after a less then favourable experience with a very near by Mini dealership who’s not part of the Rybrook group to query a service report that had been done on my car . I was attended to by charming lady called Lydia on the service desk & her colleague who’s name escapes me who’s care and attention addressed my concerns about a warning light showing on my cars dash panel . Lydia Looked into the problem and put my mind at ease. What fantastic customer service I’ve received today “ so a huge thanks to Lydia & the lady seated beside her “. My cars booked in and the relevant issue will be sorted out . What a refreshing change it is to actually have customer care that’s quite frankly unrivalled by any other Mini dealership in the Midlands ( and I’ve used the majority of them over the years that I have been based here ) .

  Best experience at a car dealer I've ever had. After speaking to Tom the mini Genius, he was able to help us figure out what we needed from a new car. Tom then helped us work with Abi in sales to order our new car.
  
  Personal touches when we came to collect our mini made the experience special. Our first brand new car, and our first mini. Will be returning to rybrook mini wolverhampton in the future for our next cars and have already recommended them to all our friends and family.
